Yes! Southcrest Reserve is a pet-friendly community in Brentwood, TN, and we're happy to welcome your furry family members home with you. We allow up to two pets per apartment. 

There's a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for your first pet and $600 total if you have two, plus $35 in monthly pet rent per pet.

Pets are welcome at Southcrest Reserve, with a few guidelines in place. We allow pets up to 75 pounds, and aggressive breeds are not permitted. If you have questions about a specific breed, our leasing team is always happy to help. 

Your four-legged companion has a place to enjoy too! Our on-site pet park gives dogs a convenient spot to get some fresh air, stretch their legs, and play close to home.

No! There are no move-in fees at Southcrest Reserve, making your move-in process that much easier. 

We want you to feel at home! You're welcome to decorate your apartment and make the space your own. If you're considering any permanent modifications, just check with our leasing team first. 

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to end your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, along with a one-time early termination fee equal to two months' rent. 

When you're ready to move out, a 60-day written notice is required. Planning ahead helps make the process easier, and our team is always available if you have questions along the way. 

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days of your move-out date.

We are here to help with any maintenance needs! You can submit a request in writing through your resident portal, any time it's convenient for you.

Maintenance requests are handled in the order they're received, and our team aims to complete most repairs within 48 hours.
